About us

Sasquatch Screen Printing & Embroidery is a union based business and is Seattle’s best source for custom screen printing apparel and accessories. We offer eco-friendly screen printing & are located in the Northwest. We take pride in quickly delivering high-quality, handmade prints to all of our customers.

With so many different process to do create your project in, we thought we would help by giving you just a little bit of information. Its always helpful to be able to speak the same language whereas to cut out as much miscommunication as possible.

Preferred Art Format:

.psd / .eps / .ai  (.cdr and .fh must be saved as AI files)

Files not suitable for Screen Printing:

.tif / .png / .jpg / .bwp  (These files are acceptable for dst creation)

Image Text & Fonts:

Convert all text to outlines (paths) or/and submit font suitcase with art file.

PMS Color Match:

Please provide PMS colors with artwork. If you have not included a PMS color we will match to the closest stock color we have.

Art Resolution:

When submitting pixel based artwork make sure the resolution is at 220 dpi or higher at 100% print size.

Art Sizing:

Art will be output at the size received unless otherwise specified on the PO or the art file. Art charges may apply if art needs to be resized.


You will receive within 48 hours an art proof showing, placement, size, and color call out. Proofs are for placement purposes only and are not indicative of size or color.

Spoilage / Errors

Custom printing is an art form. We do our very best to deliver your exact quantity ordered. That being said, there are many things that can go awry in the order and print process that are not in our control. Sasquatch Screen Printing will not be held responsible for spoilage on up to 3% of the order total. In some cases, extra garments will need to be included in an order.  However, this can also mean a shortage of up to 3% on your order.

We realize that sometimes exact quantities are needed, so please let us know when placing your order. This may also add days to your turnaround time. We recommend ordering a few extras to account for this.

Rush Orders

If you need your order in less than 7 business days, please call us! We do keep room in our schedule for rush orders, and it might be possible. It just depends on how quick you need it, and how time sensitive your order is. We’ll do our best!

Turnaround Times

Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days. This time begins when ALL of the following has been completed (and NOT BEFORE they are ALL completed):

  • Your order is paid
  • All details of your artwork have been decided
  • Shirt decisions have been finalized
  • Your mockup has been approved

If you make ANY changes, it will definitely add to your turnaround time, as we are not superheroes. In some cases, we may have to add a fee to process certain changes, because your order has already begun production, or because your shirts have already arrived. In short, changing things after approval is very difficult and expensive. We ask that you please do your best to finalize all the details with plenty of time!!!

Additional services such as de-tagging or inside tagging will add time to your turnaround, simply because that takes extra time to complete. They are as follows:

  • De-tagging: 2 days added to production time
  • Inside tagging: 2 days added
  • 4 or more designs in one order: an additional day per design
  • Poly-bagging: 2 days added
  • Fulfillment: 2-3 days added
